Dual UV Light Treatment – Tack Removal & Post-Exposure
The AIA-LSD uses a hybrid UVA + UVC light source to achieve two essential function in one seamless process:
- 64W UVC + 80W UVA mixed light source delivers:
- Tack removal with high precision and uniform performance.
- Post-exposure curing for stable dot structure and relief depth.
- Automatic switching between stages eliminates the need to manually move plates between machines, saving time and preventing handling damage.
- By shifting post-exposure work away from the main exposure unit, this system extends the service life of your primary exposure equipment.
6-Drawer High-Capacity Drying Cabinet
Upgraded from the traditional 4-drawer design, the 6-drawer cabinet provides high-volume.
