A flexo CTP (computer-to-plate) machine images digital plate data directly onto a photopolymer plate with a laser, so no film negative is produced. Removing film removes a whole generation of dot gain and registration error, cuts consumable cost and chemistry, and shortens plate turnaround.

Flat-top dot exposure uses controlled UV-LED energy, usually with vacuum draw-down or a nitrogen-free equivalent, so highlight dots finish with a flat rather than rounded top. Flat-top dots resist wear on press, hold highlights longer and give more predictable ink transfer and tonal reproduction.

High-frequency IGBT switch-mode rectifiers give lower ripple, higher electrical efficiency and a considerably smaller footprint than SCR units, and they support programmable current and voltage ramp profiles. In gravure copper and chrome plating that translates to more uniform deposits and fewer plating defects.

Yes. Every machine is supplied with installation, commissioning, operator training and ongoing technical support across India, with spares held for industrial-grade components. Machines are specified for Indian plant conditions including supply voltage and phase, ambient temperature and humidity. Ethernet-connected systems can also be supported remotely.
